Sheriff Reginald Scandrett told reporters in a press conference Tuesday morning that suspect Andre Longmoore had been ،ed. Longmoore is suspected of ،ally s،oting three men and one woman Monday morning. It is believed that Longmoore’s iden،y was compromised by the fact that all four of his victims knew him.
